Account Manager

Michelle joins the Peak Communicators team in Calgary bringing progressive experience in communications, publicity, marketing and journalism. Working at an entertainment promotions company, she gained valuable experience publicizing and marketing major entertainment acts in Canada. Walking with Dinosaurs, Lord of the Dance and the Rankin Family’s Up Close and Personal Tour are among the notable productions Michelle has promoted.

Her background in broadcast news arms her with an understanding of the inner-workings of the media, giving her strong news judgment and a knack for pitching stories that get attention.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree with distinction and a minor in Business from the University of Calgary. She also holds a Diploma with honours in Radio, Television and Broadcast News from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys volunteering for several non-profit organizations. She has served as the Communications Board Director for the Sien Lok Society of Calgary, and was a lead organizer for a fundraiser benefitting the Huntington Society of Canada.

Michelle has a passion for travel, loves to learn about different cultures and is a foodie at heart.
