Senior Account Manager

While completing an MA in Postcolonial Literature at an English university, Charlotte wrote and edited the student newspaper and worked part-time in a PR firm. She developed a passion for creating news, making PR the perfect career for her.

Charlotte then moved to London to work for a leading corporate and consumer PR company for several years, representing a range of clients in the telecoms, technology, retail, food and beverage, energy and legal sectors.

With a passion for crisis communications, Charlotte led the charge with client communications during high profile crises including the News International phone hacking scandal and the London riots. She also has experience in media relations, internal communications, event management and award writing.

Charlotte loves the outdoors, making Vancouver the perfect city for her to live in. She hikes, runs, skis, surfs and dances in her spare time. She’s also a keen photographer and passionate bookworm.

On an aside – Charlotte biggest PR success was securing an endorsement from the U.K. Prime Minister for a PR campaign in 2011, ensuring that a technology product launch made national and broadcast headlines.
