Case Study: WestPac LNG

In 2006, Peak worked with WestPac LNG to hold a public consultation open house featuring demonstrations and educational displays about the proposed Ridley Island LNG terminal. The purpose of the open house was to provide helpful information to the people of Prince Rupert about LNG transportation, storage and use, as well as environmental safeguards and the economic contributions to the North Coast.

Peak worked with WestPac to develop the open house concept, co-ordinate audio-visual and staging needs, produce multiple information stations and banners and coach resource professionals to present at each station. Peak also provided an on-site support staff to assist with greeting guests, handling media and overseeing the displays and site layout. The open house garnered substantial citizen and municipal support for the project.
