Case Study: TELUS International
TELUS International, the global arm of Canada’s leading telecommunications company, contacted Peak in early 2010 to develop an online brand awareness campaign focused on customer service and smart grid technology. TELUS sponsored a white paper written by IDC Energy Insights and required a plan to promote the report findings, including its own smart grid energy services.
Peak’s social media team publicized the paper to industry thought leaders across a variety of platforms, securing coverage on more than 15 influential international business and sustainability blogs. This success has led to ongoing work with the client. Peak has optimized its presence on relevant social platforms, created a highly active Twitter presence and continually works to secure interviews with some of the leading industry influencers for TELUS International C-level executives.
