Case Study: Quattro / Tien Sher

When Peak heard its client’s real estate development in Surrey – Quattro – was on fire, Peak’s team immediately travelled to the scene. Assisting with on-site media relations and issues management, Peak liaised with the distraught developer, fire department, RCMP, Salvation Army, neighbours and concerned buyers as well as organized multiple impromptu news conferences.

Within a week of the fire, Peak coordinated a town hall meeting attended by the Mayor, media and other major stakeholders. As a result of Peak’s collaboration and relationship with the developer, Tien Sher Group of Companies, Peak was able to inform, calm and manage a tense and tragic situation that affected hundreds of people while also maintaining and enhancing the developer’s reputation.
