Case Study: Paradise Trails

In April 2008, Peak began working with TriCity Equities to promote an equestrian community in the District of Squamish called Paradise Trails. For the development to move forward, the development team had to go through a rezoning process and public hearing. Peak developed the communication materials that would be presented at the hearing. Storyboards detailing important aspects of the proposed development, including economic and community benefits, were created as were brochures and fact sheets to be handed out to the public.

The result was a collection of materials that provided critical information to residents in a number of ways, making it as easy as possible for them to understand what this development would be bringing to their community. Peak also engaged in proactive media relations to ensure widespread buzz about the project ensued.
