Case Study: Grosvenor Americas

Grosvenor Americas, an international property development group, approached Peak’s social media department to help increase attendance at an event it was hosting. As traditional methods of inviting guests had failed to generate enough attendees, Peak developed a unique strategy involving Eventbrite and Twitter.

With less than a week to spare, Peak created an Eventbrite page that served as the repository of all event information. Peak created a Twitter account for Grosvenor, immediately began following relevant Twitter users and used the profile to broadcast information about the event. After identifying realtors on Twitter that served Grosvenor’s target markets, Peak ‘twit-pitched’ them to invite them to the event. Through these efforts, Peak was able to connect with Grosvenor’s target audiences. Peak’s efforts increased event attendance by 33 per cent in just seven days.
